  This hotel has top notch service. Its like they care about every aspect of your stay. I have not gotten this good of a service since precovid times. They cleaned room everyday asked if we need anything extra. Everything was clean pool was refreshing, even had a lifeguard on duty 🤯. Breakfast was wonderful. A+ +

  This place is absolutely terrible. Do not buy rooms with a third party to this hotel. This place does not work with customers at all and the staff are very rude.

  The staff are some of the most friendly and helpful that I've dealt with. Rooms are ckean and beds are extremely comfortable! It's been a minute since I've checked into my room and the refrigerator was set to cool and room temp was set perfectly!!! I've stayed in higher end hotels and the ac wasn't even set on a 91 degree day!!

  So when we came in we smelt a hard odor, and once we smelt it we couldn't like breath and we realized quickly like this wasn't going to be good after we went to the bathroom and in the floor there was literally a broking bathroom tile, mind you we literally spent 700 and something dollar for 3 nights after my brother sees a literal spider on the sheet and he kills it, as I go down and look at it, I see like blood or red sauce on thr cover and I'm like what is that, so then few minutes later we literally spotted mold on top of the fan which is really dangerous, then we a saw a flying bug and killed that too when we were talking about the tiles it could've scratched someone to, but the maintenance was kind to give us another room,
