  i have never had a worse experience then this. Got kicked out for no reason at all and was there for 20 minutes and was unable to get a refund. I would not recommend this hotel you will lose your money. Also the person at the front desk with blue hair needs to be fired as well as a guy named robbie i called and asked for help and he told me to figure it out myself and when i asked his name he said robert and lied about his name these 2 workers are unbelievable Making this edit into a response of this hotel Everything they wrote is a complete lie nobody informed me i couldn’t have more then 2 guest in my room i have been to plenty of other hotels and have never had this issue and i can 100% guarantee we were not loud at all because we were all talking at normal level i honestly think we were targeted because we have had many issues in the past with this hotel and in particular the manager with curly blue hair he was not at all professional and was disrespectful once again i would not recommend coming here.

  They are great here & they have a great breakfast buffet, not that continenal crap. They are ESP friendly so they were kind enough to allow cats or dogs that are emotional support pets, with the proper papers.

  I was working in Westport, CT and this was the closest, good rated property within our company budget 🙄. In short, I did like it. I do recommend it.

  Shower did not work, roaches crawling on the floor, nobody at the front desk at checkout, food not ready at 6:30 AM as advertised.

  Good morning Google Family. My very first time visiting this location of Best Western. When I arrived here, after working out at the Edge Fitness gym in Greenwich, I needed to use the rest room. They have rest rooms in the lobby, a single, one for women and one for men. Going back to the lobby, I asked if rooms were available and the young male associate said yes and I asked the price. He said $186.00. That was not the price on Google. Google needs to update their listings. I should have called first to ask the price. That was my mistake. I asked for my senior discount. I was not at all happy about the quoted price because Days Inn was cheaper and the Best Western in Blakeslee - Pocono were much cheaper. I later learned that this hotel, while nice, is not worth the quoted price of $186.00 for one night. So unreasonable and definitely over priced was this establishment. My room number was 113, which was nice, being on the first floor. I paid only before I was too exhausted to drive to another hotel. Also in the future, I will reserve my hotel stays and I will call the hotel directly to ask the prices before booking. I will book on Best Western rewards in the future. This was an unplanned vacation. I wasn't sure if I could make the trip. Then I proceeded to use the apparatus to transport my belongings to my room. When I returned the apparatus to the lobby, I ran into these travelers from a church. They were here for a convention. I was speaking with some of them. They seemed very nice. Here is a comparison/ breakdown of Best Western Blakeslee - Pocono and this Best Western Danbury/Bethel hotel 1) No carpet here - Blakeslee had carpet on the floors 2)No microwave in room, I was told I could use the microwave in the lobby, Blakeslee had a microwave in the room 3) No shower mat in the bathroom, Blakeslee had a shower mat in the bathroom 4) One bed king size with a couch, since this is a suite; Blakelees had two beds - queen size. 5)No pool or sauna; Blakelee had a pool and sauna with towels at the pool 6)Continental breakfast every day from 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Blakeslee was 7 am to 10 am every day. 7)Two sinks in the room. Blakeslee had one sink in the bathroom 8) Desk phone did not work. Blakeslee desk phone did work. 9)Ice chest with glasses. Blakeslee didn't have a ice chest in the room 10) Clock radio in both hotels 11) Here, you get two keys; Blakeslee, one key 12) Here, in the refrigerator, there is no ledge to hold your drinks, you can put them there, but they can fall out if you are not paying attention. Blakeslee, there is a ledge and grate to hold your drinks 13) Both hotels did not have a gym. 14) Both hotels had tissues in the bathroom 15) Both hotels had a TV with remote 16) Both hotels have two trash cans. 17) Both hotels have coffee makers, with decaf coffee and regular coffee with creamer and sugar 18) Check out time here is 11 AM; Blakeslee is 12 noon. I asked for a blanket and I was given one. Also I was given a blanket at Blakeslee. The Best Western Danbury/Bethel is in my opinion, grossly over priced and unreasonable. They do not have enough amenities to charge such a huge amount of $186.00 with the senior discount added. Way too expensive in my opinion. I will never stay at this location again. Blakeslee-Pocono, is a much better hotel with more of the amenities that people like and their prices were reasonable, I paid $113.76, which is a significant difference from $186.00 with the senior discount added. I would not hesitate to stay at Best Western Blakeslee again. Don't forget to sign up for Best Western rewards. I am signed up. Also, have a blessed day and don't forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!! I wanted to add that I detested that there was no carpet on the floor. I have never been to a hotel that did not have carpet and I have travelled all over the world. They did give me a receipt, they asked if I wanted one and I said yes. Clearly this location of Best Western dropped the Ball!!!!!! They did not include my senior discount but the male employee said he did.
