Me and my grandson we're walk in guests, and before we rented it we asked them if there was a swimming pool and hot tub, they said yes, so we rented it for a night. Then we went down to the pool and all I saw was a very small pool or a very oversized hot tub with about four kids swimming in it there was a sign on the wall that said hot tub jets out of order I felt the water temperature and it was hot for a pool but too cold for a hot tub I went to the front counter and asked him where the hot tub was he told me and I said well that's not a hot tub it's too cold for a hot tub and it says Jetts out of order he said yes that's our hot tub and pool in one we just set the temperature of the water between a pool and hot tub and that's our hot tub and pool in one, we checked out and left they did refund my money

Hot tub STILL not working after 3 months. Only stayed this time because I had to book quickly.

Well reading reviews. Not much has changed
1-No elevator — owner could have one installed at end of building
2-old carpets still rolled up in lobby
3-pool out of service
4- went to exercise room and treadmill out of service

I stayed at the BW Dallas for 3 nights. The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast buffet had a waffle station, some sort of eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits, gravy, chobani greek yogurt, boiled eggs, oatmeal, juice, and coffee. The bed was comfy, and the AC was cold. There is not an elevator, so if you require specific accommodations, I would reach out before your stay. Overall, 5 stars for this class of hotel.
