- JMJim Marshall2 days ago4.0Nice. You know basically what you're getting before you ever arrive. I guess that's the beauty of chain hotels. The room was clean and smelled clean (no musty smell), the beds are comfortable, and our basic room included a refrigerator even though the website did not include it in its description. The bathroom was clean with one exception; the shower floor looked moldy and it was not as clean as it should have been. That's my only complaint.

- SWStu W.Oct 23, 20253.0Rooms were very clean mattress was just okay I do wish they would somehow direct the heat or the air conditioning to go up instead of on to the person that's sleeping to the closest to it. Service was very nice. Location well for the most part it was okay better than some other areas but there was an apartment building directly across the parking lot and some nights people that actually live there who are probably well yeah anyway if you get my point they were loud let's just say probably not legally. I would suggest putting up a fence that would really help they're ratings on here.

This Best Western needs an upgrade desperately and is hanging on when it should be torn down and rebuilt. Their staff were kind and professional. Unfortunately after driving all day we’re too tired to locate alternative lodging. I expected a lot more from Best Western.
- AGAnjali GuptaOct 12, 20251.0Not a good place to stay.There was no water bottle, no body wash in the container, and no glasses provided, just a disposable cup in the bathroom. Forget about basics like a toothbrush, toothpaste, or slippers. There was a microwave, but no plates or bowls to use with it. Not even a single mirror outside the bathroom. The cleaning lady started knocking multiple times from 10 AM, insisting on cleaning as if that was the priority when you're in a hurry to checkout.
