When we were checking in our "dad" the receptionist told us they could not allow him to stay there because he was a resident of Medford, OR. She was very rude and her delivery was awful. My husband had already reserved the room in our name but it did not matter. She had to get approval from management. This is discrimination and should not be acceptable. Nowhere on their website does it state that locals cannot stay there. Not cool.
