  Really lovely hotel. Staff is super friendly. Great breakfast delivered free to your room. Fresh warm cookies baked all day. Continent laundry room. Well stocked everything. Shuttle to airport or nearby sites. Scheduled shuttle downtown. Not close to downtown Juneau but super continent for airport.

  Conveniently located near airport. Within walking distance of airport...but don't fret they transport you by shuttle van. Walking distance to Donna's diner(excellent food) & a fun visit to St. Vincent's dePauls thrift store right next to it. Shuttle available to downtown or even a quick trip to the grocery store. Great breakfast, even delivered to your door. Stored our 2 larger luggage bags for 5 days @ no charge, while we flew out to a fishing resort. Great setting with beautiful hanging baskets everywhere. Gals @ front desk were the best. Rooms were clean & perfect. Couldn't get the volume on the TV to work, but they immediately send a maintenance man to fix it. Very attentive to their guest.

  What a charming and cozy motel-style Best Western! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equippe, especially appreciated the in-room Keurig for coffee lovers like me. Beds were super comfy, and I slept great every night. The location is excellent...just a few minutes from the airport, and they offer a free shuttle which made arrival and departure stress-free. The property feels safe and secure with fencing all around, and in the summer, the landscaping is absolutely lovely—bright flowers and lush plantings give it a welcoming, homey vibe. One of my favorite touches? The breakfast options! You can pre-order the night before a hot breakfast to your room or enjoy it in the lobby, where there’s also a well-stocked breakfast area with plenty of choices. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the whole stay felt warm and relaxed. Highly recommend for travelers looking for convenience, comfort, and charm!

  Naja at check-in was very friendly and provided information on everything. She set up shuttle reservations, provided a grab and go breakfast for the next morning, and most importantly, let us check in very early. They have coffee and snacks in the lobby all day. The room was comfortable and clean. I don’t know the maintenance man’s name but he was awesome as well! I asked for a screwdriver to repair a suitcase wheel damaged by the cruise line. After looking at it, he offered to take it and reinforce the bottom before reattaching the wheel. With the damage, I would have had to buy a new suitcase for the two flights needed to get us home. It was a perfect repair. Many, many thanks!
