  Horrible smelling hotel both inside and out the stench of cigarettes and filth made me wretch so badly I had to refuse the room when I arrived. Then they refused to refund me as the clerk didn’t even know how. I was told a supervisor would call and that never happened. I called customer service and they said the hotel manager could refund me and they’d call me that evening and they did not. They wanted to keep my $700 And ignore me. I called them and they finally only refunded me partially and kept $136 for one night saying it was “policy .” It’s policy to charge for a room that is never accepted even when someone is vomiting as a result of the room condition and cannot even be in the room safely for five minutes . So I paid $136 to sit in a room and vomit for five minutes struggling to breathe the putrid air that smelled of dog waste, piss, marijuana cigarettes and mold. I’ll Never use their hotels again .

  Recently stayed here while on vacation. It was a great place to stay. Peaceful and quiet. Close proximity to shopping and dining and on the edge of town on the road to Sedona. The room was clean and spacious. I felt very comfortable. Only one small problem- the dial in the refrigerator in my room was missing and it took some effort to change the temperature. Other than that, I would gladly stay there again.

  A good option if you have an EV you need to charge overnight while visiting, just have to ask the front desk to unlock the charger and it's $10.98 extra one time charge. Rooms were decent, comfortable stay and a pretty good Mexican place right near the entrance.
