    STAY AWAY! The nice smell when you walk in to the lobby and see the chandelier is where the niceties stopped. Vacations are supposed to be comfortable, not how this one started off thanks to BW! Pool “closed for maintenance” according to the front desk because someone “with a bunch of tanning oil got in it in the morning and left a film on the pool.” It only goes 4ft so we didn’t feel like we missed anything. The parking lot is designed so it’s only one way in and one way out - but they don’t tell you that and even Google maps will try to tell you to turn into gates that are locked shut. In order to get a trolley you have to go halfway down the building to a different door. When we walked into our “clean” room, we could EASILY see food crumbs all over the ground. Yay. That’s always great to see when you have a toddler with you. The beds were not comfy at all and the pillows were flat, stained and as lifeless as this room. And then the giant dead bug in the bathroom was really nice touch! Talk about a SPOOKY DRAIN! Had to move the bed slightly and was absolutely appalled to which the front desk try to give me kickback for us touching furniture - PRO TIP: if they’re NOT supposed to be moved then they should be bolted down! Boy, was that our biggest regret besides picking this place!!! They don’t even have carpet, and yet there was literally years of filth! PILES OF PUBES! Clearly housekeeping has never moved to the beds -EVER- to clean. Which is also very disgusting. The breakfast is a complete joke and made one of us sick. We left after the first night to the Omni, was only a slight price difference and well worth it. This best western is a disgusting place. Not only that, but the front desk was not very friendly. Won’t be back! Thanks!

    From the looks of this hotel online you would think that you would be close to the beach. When in reality you're not you're smack dab in the middle of the oil refinery District where all of the refinery workers are staying at the same Hotel making it nothing but a disgusting Pig sty. You walk into the hotel smelling the hotel being really nice and thinking it's going to be a great experience to find nothing but dirty hallways bug filled rooms dirty tubs nasty toilets and amenities that don't work. I booked our room through Priceline based off of their reviews and was sadly disappointed. When all of this was taken up with management the night we booked in we were told not to move the furniture to clean the floors not to do this not to do that they did offer to do certain things but we were already tired from a 4-Hour plus Drive. The following morning I took the problem down to the management at the desk and was basically told oh well if we didn't like the amenities and the way we were being treated that we could check out I called Priceline and the hotel talked to Priceline and basically told them that if we would vacate the premises within 20 minutes they would give me a refund in which we are now making this Revue 3 days later and I have not received it
