    This Best Western is absolutely the standard of hospitality other hotels should challenge themselves to rise to. I had such a great time here!

    We don't recommend this hotel until they finish construction. We arrived to find a construction site with debris on the sidewalk and our window covered with plastic. The interior room and breakfast were fine but it was not a pleasant experience. Also, wifi only had one bar and was not usable. We don't believe the room should have been rented under these conditions, even to "make a buck."

    MESS FROM THE START, TIRED OF TELLING THE STORY. 195.OO FOR A ROOM ENCASED IN PLASTIC AND WOKE UP AT 7:55 AM TO WORKERS YELLING..THEY HAD NO IDEA I WAS EVEN IN THE ROOM...WHAT A JOKE!! AFTER READING THE "MANAGERS RESPONSE"..I HAD TO REPLY, FIRST THERE WERE OTHER ISSUES,I STATED THOSE TO YOU IN THE EMAIL, BUT IT SEEMS TO BE IGNORED.,YOUR ANSWER TO ALL THIS,"WELL EVERYTHING ELSE WAS GOOD",WELL..IT WASN'T...YES THIS IS MY THIRD POST ON THIS SITUATION,I MAY POST AGAIN. YOUR ATTITUDE BROUGHT THIS POST ON. YOUR SMUG REPLY DOES NOT SURPRISE ME. I HAVE YET TO SEE THAT "AWESOME' 40.00 REFUND. MAYBE YOU COULD SPEND IT ON A BOOK ABOUT MANAGING SKILLS AND HOW TO TRAIN STAFF...GOOD DAY...

    Terrible service from the lady who works the desk at night. After driving for two hours to get here, I was refused entry to the room we had already booked because I didn't have the card or the I.D. associated with the booking. I would understand that, if we hadn't stayed here literally 2 weeks ago. All of my information and the cardholders information was already on file. And on top of that, we're diamond members with Best Western. But sure, send your loyal, points earning member to go sit in their car for an hour while we wait for the card that is already on file. Then, once the cardholder arrived, we were handed a room key. I went straight to the room and opened the door, just to see an unmade bed. Either a room that hasn't been cleaned yet, or is already occupied. Mind you, it's after 9pm at this point. Someone could have been sleeping in that bed, or taking a shower, or who knows what else, and the desk person just gave me a key to barge into that room. I turned right back around and left the room, and we got a new key to a new room. But then, I wasn't comfortable sleeping in that bed, knowing that apparently anyone could get the key to my occupied room. After latching both bolts on the door, I was still jumping at every sound in the night. I'd enjoyed our stay the previous times we had been here, but I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon.
