We were just passing through town last night on our way to Texas and we Decided we could not drive anymore (it was around 1:30am) so we looked for a hotel around here (many options) And we were tossed up between the best western and the red roof Inn because they were roughly the same price. (Both under $100) I am so incredibly glad that we chose the best Western! This place was incredible from the moment we walked in. The super amazing woman at the front desk graded at us with a smile, even though it was 1:30am and we were exhausted, She was so kind and offered to help us to our room. The room was incredibly clean and don’t get me started on how comfortable the bed was! For me, the bed being comfortable is the best aspect, or I will not be able to sleep good. I got the most amazing sleep here! Then in the morning, we went to enjoy the breakfast, and all of the food was great! Eggs, bacon, fresh waffles, cereal, oatmeal, biscuits, and gravy, muffins… The list goes on and on. And everything was fresh and hot. The breakfast employee (middle aged Hispanic woman) Was so nice! She welcomed me with a “good morning “ And offered me two trays to help carry my food. She also offered to help me with the food which I thought was so nice of her. Our stay here from start to finish with nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend this location/hotel If you are passing through or looking for somewhere comfortable to stay for the night! We will definitely be staying here again if we were ever in the area! Great job staff!!!!

They handled my situation quick and efficient as well as showed compassion in a very stressful time. I’ve never been treated better by any hotel personnel than what I was shown by Melissa and Shannon. Next time I visit Commerce, I will definitely choose here again due to these sweet ladies!!
