  We stayed here for a wedding. The rooms were dirty. Stains on the sheets, a big shoe print in the shower, nats flying out of the bathroom sink, rust on the shower and holes in the walls. My family stayed here as well and there rooms were in similar condition. When we checked out, I received a receipt with my name on it but none of my information or room number were correct but my total I paid the first day was correct so I didn’t think too much of it. Until the next day I got a mysterious $100 charge to my card on file. When I called to ask about it, I was told the note on my account said they charged me because “a comforter was missing”. No one called me. I didn’t steal a giant comforter?? And when I asked to speak to a manager the boy at the front desk told me to just dispute the charge with my bank and call back in a couple days to speak to a manager. Now o have to deal with getting a claim submitted with my bank and a new card sent to me etc for something I didn’t even do. I won’t stay here again and do not recommend. There’s other places that are probably quieter and cleaner.

  It was a great vacation experience in Best western. Special thanks to Mr. Sagar in keeping the whole environment clean. He also suggested few closer spots us to visit. He was also very responsive, responsible and respectful!!

  The room was okay. The bed was very comfortable. The carpets in the room and public areas were dirty/stained, that made us wonder about the overall cleanliness of the motel. Breakfast was good - the typical eggs, sausage, and potatoes provided at most motels.

  Maybe only my experience is poor here, the layout of the room is nice, the pillows are fluffy, and the blankets are adequate. It feels gross in here to me. The hallway on the third floor smells. There was a huge hair underneath my fitted sheet, a bundle of hair inside the washcloth in the shower, and hair on another washcloth on the shower door, and a small hair and crud inside the fridge.The shower floor has shoe prints and looks dirty (hard to capture with lighting), the bedside lamps and reading lights are broken and don’t work. I needed the light for important medical care I need to provide my family. If we weren’t on the road and coming in so late, I would have asked to switch rooms. I feel so icky.
