  Was the stay worth over $200, NO!! Great location and great service from Austin. However, my sheets were dirty.

  Staff is rude and hateful. Facilities need to pay attention to the outside appearance of this hotel, it is to new of a building to look so bad. One star is because the staff on duty 10/21/2025 12:30 pm were hateful and rude.

  This location was convenient for a family event. The plumbing in our shower was leaking through the ceiling when we turned the shower on. I reported it. There was no offer of a discount or anything. They did make note of it. Food was standard fare. Dining room was clean. Bed was comfortable and all linens/towels were in good shape.

  The experience was fine overall but there was red stains in the bed sheet but other than that it was fine

  We had a great stay. We had difficulty finding a room and Cooper took the time to work with us and managed to get a room for us. He was extremely helpful and pleasant, as were the other employees we interacted with. The room was comfortable and the beds were just right (not too hard and not too soft). We will definitely stay there again when we return to Coffeyville.
