If you are pulling even a small trailer, they won't allow you to park here.

I would first like to say that the staff who checked us in were VERY friendly and kind. This review is mainly concerning the state of the property and the cleanliness. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. I really don’t expect anything fancy but for the nearly $100 a night we paid I expect bare minimum sanitation and cleanliness. When we arrived to our room, someone else’s used soap bar was left on the top shelf of our shower and there was hair in our tub. During our stay, one of the “clean towels” we were given had dark brown stains on it. For $100 a night I also was shocked at the state of the room. The carpeting was torn up, you could see through rotting cracks of the wood, there was caked up dust everywhere, the TV had a giant line through the screen, the windows had chips in it as if someone threw something at them from the inside. Some of that stuff like the window chips I could look past but truly I have stayed in $60 motels that were much cleaner and cared for. The housekeeping staff also was smoking outside of the rooms while cleaning so everyday our room smelled HEAVILY of cigarette smoke which exacerbated my asthma and health conditions. I am thankful for how dog friendly the location is and enjoyed having the “dog park” but would really appreciate it more if the cleanliness of the rooms was maintained better. That is my bare minimum expectation staying anywhere. Again the staff was SO nice and friendly. I just was not expecting the property to be in the state it was for the price I was paying.

I stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and was very disappointed in our stay. We were given a room in the far corner of the complex, and when we opened the door to the unit, were hit with a musty/moldy smell. The floor was so dirty that I would not take my shoes off while in that room. The bed sagged in the middle. Finally, the bathroom sliding window was held closed only by a single screw. For this, I was charged $154 for 1 night.

First off the front desk lady who checked me in was very helpful. I always bring my Xbox to watch Netflix on and hook up to the TV via HDMI. She gave me a password to a stronger WiFi network which was better for streaming, etc. She was great! Once I got to the room, the TV was much better quality then most tho it only had the basic channels. Everything worked (except the phone) and the room was mostly clean. There was a few specs of crumbs or something on both beds but sheets otherwise appeared clean with no stains. Plenty of towels provided. Liked being able to park in front of my room since it's all one story. I did have a random lady knock on my door at 1AM tho and then stated she had the wrong room. It's a very busy hotel right across from a gas station and Walmart with fast food around but it's a little noisy too and slightly sketchy. For $105 a night on a busy Saturday, it wasn't bad. I'd probably return.
