I do not recommend this hotel for staying. Very dirty and outdated. Rooms are nasty. I've have never been to a Best Western in this bad of shape. Booked room and arrived, but decided not to stay. Horrible room and unclean. No towels, toilet was not clean, and the bed was not made. Went to a different room.. Same results! Just filthy!

Very nice hotel with great service. Accepts CLC and has plenty of truck parking (semi).

The advertised “hot tub” was ice cold. I booked this hotel because it offered a hot tub. The pool water was cold too. No one at desk to ask about the temperature.

Room 143 had bed bugs. I told the GM (Robert) & showed him a bug. He said he'd call Pest Control & then call me. He never called me after he told me that since Sept. 3, 2025. I even e-mailed Corporate & they never responded. I decided to contact the BBB & the Health Dept. They will look into this incident as I'm asking for my money back but being ignored by Best Western. My sister's bed had blood on the sheet. How gross! I'm VERY SKEPTICAL in ever staying at another Best Western. I was told by a Fire Inspector that this Hotel has become a "Transient Hotel". They would never recommend it to their family or friends. I am glad he said that as I totally agree!

Booked an overnight stay on our way from Toronto to Connecticut. They gave us a room on the 2nd floor. When we asked where the elevator was, we were told no elevator, but it’s only up one flair of steps. Well, we, 65 and 70 with two 50 lbs. suitcases and other bags, were supposed to carry up all our stuff on steep steps. The young man at the front desk didn’t care and was very inconsiderate. We went up to the room without any luggage to check it out. The sliding door could be opened, only to expose us to the very loud sound of the nearby highway, which was also loud with the door closed. We decided we could not stay in that room and asked for one on the ground and not towards the highway. The receptionist told us they only got rooms towards the highway and there were no other rooms available. Another man, who said he was also working at the hotel said that there was another room to the parking lot away from the highway and on the ground floor. So we took that room. At breakfast the next morning we were the only guests and the parking lot was as empty as the day before. We are BW members for about a decade, but we didn’t feel welcome. The room was clean though and the hotel quiet inside and a restaurant on the premises.
