  Black mold on bath tub Pipe broke in hotel leaving everyone without water for the evening Power outage so refridge went out as well as alarm clock. Desk agent showed little concern even said "well maybe you shouldn't have booked here".

  This is not a luxury hotel, it is fairly new and the place was clean and neat. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. It's a bit difficult to get to. The free breakfast was good. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator didn't work with was an issue as we needed to keep my wife's insulin cooled. But the staff helped by offering the use of the kitchen unit.

  I had a room for a night had to be at work early once getting to work I called over 30 times to reserve my room so as not to check out … the phone kept getting answered then hung up. Next day this guy doesn’t show up for his shift until 7 am so no breakfast. This place is very inconsistent whoever the manager is , is to busy hiring non reliable people
