  This was a quaint, quiet, and pleasant place to stay. Great location. Everything seemed well maintained and not run down like you sometimes see in smaller hotels. Friendly host at check-in. Lots of little anemnities that didn't go un-noticed: The circus accents in the decor. A coffee/hot chocolate station in the lobby as well as a coffee/tea pot in the room. Lots of towels. The waterfowl in the pool and lots of seating in the pool area. Room microwave and fridge. What kept me from giving it a perfect rating were little things: old food left in the fridge, a stained towel, wet floor signs, a pallet of hotel supplies in the lobby on a Friday night. Even so, I would stay here again! It was fun! And the beds were clean. Rooms smelled good. That's the important stuff!

  Rooms advertised jetted tubs. Tub didn’t work correctly. Hot breakfast served but gal couldn’t keep up with demand. Check in out smoothly. Room was discounted because of tub not working. Other than that was ok

  We had a wonderful stay. Booked one room for 5 days, and one for 2, and both rooms were clean and comfortable. We were happy with the quality of the breakfast - nothing super fancy, but always had enough and was never cold or unappealing. Coffee was good and that is half the battle. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay all around.
