  You can NOT walk to the amphitheater. 3 miles away unlike the website saying 1 Getting into this place was a nightmare. The traffic's constantly blocking the entrance into an awkward road. JUICE MACHINE WAS FILTHY! I SWALLOWED FRUIT FLIES!! For that I got an apology. Mattress had blood stains under the sheets! HUGE gap in the door so you can see outside underneath, bugs or anything could get under. Highway is right there so all you can hear is the cars all night. Without the sealed door it was VERY loud. No bathroom fan, DO NOT STAY HERE.

  The service was good. However, the room was definitely not. There were cobwebs on the walls and ceiling. The ceiling was quite dirty. There was rust in and around the tub. The light in the bathroom stopped working. The door didn’t properly latch and lock. There was also a randomly discarded sponge laying on the ground at the base of the stairs. The whole hotel smelled heavily of weed smoke, inside the rooms and out. It was in a seedy part of town with a sketchy looking gas station next door. It was also hard to get into when there was traffic. There were all sorts of issues. The breakfast wasn’t bad as far as hotel breakfasts go, but that certainly didn’t save our bad experience. Please spend the extra $50 a night and stay somewhere that isn’t so rundown.

  Angel at the front desk was AMAZING! Our concert wasn't starting until 4pm and the hotel check in wasn't even until then. We showed up around 2:30pm hoping a room was ready, and it was! Angel was so great with information and waived the normal $50 room fee for us. The location to the venue ( North Island Credit Union ) was super close, the hotel had a nice big breakfast area, and the rooms were great too! Very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Would definitely stay here again and always recommend Angel!

  Un señor de aproximadamente unos 58 años que , atiende la recepción en la madrugada, es de lo más grosero que puede haber. Hasta insultó a mi Tío. No pueden poner una persona con falta de salud mental en un puesto así. Es la cara del hotel

  This place has a lot of potential as it is in a great location near venues, restaurants, and shops. However the service and cleanliness is a problem. Our room was dirty and still had trash from the last occupants. We arrived to a dirty sink and tub. Weird stains. Towels smelled dirty. It was as if house keeping just made the bed and didn't do anything else. The bottom of our door had a huge opening that was easy for any outdoor bugs or air to get in. For the price, I would of stayed somewhere else. No one ever picked up the phone to address these concerns. Walls are very thin here. You can hear everything, especially the freeway! Don't stay here if you're a light sleeper or want a clean room.
