  Spiders on the bed, sheets stained pillow cases dirty and one tiny towel one ok towel just stay at best western no matter where we go and this one is kind of a bummer and while checking in a homeless drug addict was filling his pockets with breakfast items and making coffee however if the doors actually locked and need card keys to enter that would not happen the doors have screws so that don't close all the way. I am also I diamond member was not offered first floor was not offered water was not told thank you for being a member however the front desk girl was very kind and I believe it was the homeless man that had her focused on that more then check inn.

  Run down. Furniture threadbare with a hole in one chair. Carpet stained and coming up at the seams. Hall runner curled up at edges creating a trip hazard.

  Room was fine, the lady who checked us in was nice. We only had 2 towels in our room and wanted another, so I asked the man at the desk for one and he said he didn't have any, "go find a maid". There were no maids to be found and I'm not sure why that's my responsibility anyway. We stayed 3 days, our room was never cleaned and when we needed towels we had to hunt for a maid through the entire hotel. I'll probably stay elsewhere next time unless I've got no other choice.

  The good reviews are not indicative of the experience. Here is the rundown: - pillows suck! Small 18” square pillows full of lumpy foam - bath and pool towels are nearly thread-bare and do not wrap around an adult human - the outside of the building is covered in spiderwebs(?) - you can smell that not all that long ago the room we stayed in was a “smoking room” - the lightbulbs are all cool toned (iykyk) Ultimately, it is very apparent the hotel owner doesn’t care about the quality of the hotel since they’re one of the only hotels in town.

  Room was average. But breakfast was cold and undercooked. Told the person doing the cooking and they just didn't care
