  This may be my least favorite BW property I have ever stayed at. Location was fine, within a walking distance from several attractions and shops. Breakfast is the highlight. Adored the waffle makers! (I hate that several hotels have moved to those automatic pancake makers) The breakfast area is small so head to breakfast early or try your luck at securing a table. The room I received had carpeting that was beyond disgusting. The bed was so hard I didn’t sleep well at all. The toilet and shower are a tight squeeze. Thankful I saw no infestations as some reviews have stated though wouldn’t doubt it happens at this property being so close to other businesses and the gaps seen in the door frame. There was a strange odor in the room but I attributed it to the carpet that 1000% needs to be ripped out and replaced. The room was in need of some remodeling and was not the cleanest. In no rush to return to this hotel. All staff I interacted with were nice and polite.

  Small pillows and the pool and breakfast was in a different building so you had to go outside in a wet swimsuit and it was very cold and rainy so we just skipped it.

  Very comfortable and the location was perfect. It was right across from Cooper’s Theater which was a lot of the shows we went to and was able to walk over easily. Breakfast was very hot and delicious.

  Clean, roomy, comfortable and central to shows, attractions and food! Alicia in the gift shop hooked us up with the best seats possible in some of the best shows possible (mostly more than a month before our stay). We enjoyed the breakfast, helpful staff and actually, our entire stay.

  Love this hotel. The pool was big and my kids loved it! The hot tub was also amazing. I also liked the workout room. The location feels like it's 5 mins or less from anything you'd want to do. The breakfast was delicious but the one thing that sets this location apart is the people that work here. They are friendly and go above and beyond in their roles especially the breakfast staff serving and cleaning tables. Two things for improvement: make the gym open using your key card instead of going to the front for a key and for the arcade games in the game room, make them free play since most people won't have dollars or quarters.
