  Giving 5 stars mainly because the girl at the front desk Emma was a ROCKSTAR the hospitality was amazing she really went above and beyond for me and my kids while we stayed here. I will absolutely be back as long as she’s still there!!!

  Honestly it looks a little iffy from the outside but workers were great and the room was actually really nice too, only thing that I’d change was the menu paper for the tv channels isn’t correct.

  Stay away from this hotel! They charged my credit card for a stay, which I paid for via Booking.com. I NEVER provided them with this credit card when I checked in, but provided them with another one to pay the pet fee, which was not paid in advance. Only Booking.com was provided the other card number. Booking.com has fixed this issue several times now, and gotten the charge cleared, then the hotel will recharge to this card. Again, I never provided them this card number or physically handed them this card. And Booking.com has called the Best Western customer service number, and they are confirming, that the credit card provided at check in was a different one.

  Good stay spot for families and it's very closer to neighborhood (Round Rock, Leander, George Town)

  This is a small older motel that is pleasant and well run...I've been here several times and will continue to stay here....you can walk to several great venues...including my favorite Whitestone brewery....the pool is well maintained...but aside from that there is basically concrete outside....rooms are well maintained, staff is friendly and helpful...
