- AWAllen WestAug 8, 20251.0This place is scam we booked it with booking.com the morning we was leave at 5am i got on there to get address because we are 8 hrs away and it told me it was canceled and had a option to rebook because we was already on the road we just did that we rebook it and of course, it was more money, because same day so we just figured it was a way to get more money out of use 3 hrs in to the trip we look on booking and now we had 4 rooms booked instead of the 2, they reinstated the other 2. So we called to cancel the 2 rooms and they would not let us because it was less than 24 hours. And when I called to try to cancel the other two rooms and argued with them about it.When we got off the phone, they went ahead and ran my card for all four other rooms the instead of waiting for us to pay when we got there, like it said and booking.com was no help either so 2 rooms that was going to cost me $590.00 to come see my son graduate college cost me $920 for 2 rooms for 2 days do not recommend this place

- GMGeorge MoralesJul 4, 20251.0I've been coming here for years a it's improved and very peaceful. I stay two to three days here. I am a pastor and I get calls to pray and anoint the ill and dying. This stay I thought I checked in for two nights. I was wrong. I returned around 5 and I was locked out. Bad key? No. You're not a guest tonight and here's most of your stuff in a bag. Not even a courtesy call. Most will ask to confirm the dates your staying as one checks in. Tonight am in room 103 wondering What happened to my pills I set out for tonight. What a disappointment.
