- LILucia IngriselliSep 3, 20251.0Water was not working when we checked in at 11pm but my family and I were not notified until arrival in person, notwithstanding all the technology available to notify guests in writing as soon as the problem occurs in order to make alternative plans in a more timely manner.
- GCGregory CabotAug 20, 20253.0The toilet was leaking on the floor of the bathroom and the tub did not drain during my entire shower. The bed was lumpy, but I was able to sleep. The room did have a good ac unit.

They were rude or short when I asked questions, as if I was bothering him. I checked out 3 days ago and they have not released my security $100 deposit. Will never use them again.
