  Upon check in I asked for late checkout. Front desk was kind and courteous. They agreed to 11:30-12. We filled the whirlpool after I cleaned it myself (hair was all over the tub). The button is concave and we barely got it to turn on or off. The bed was super soft and worn in. Mirrors filthy around whirlpool. No vents anywhere in bathroom or by whirlpool. The heater smelled like burning hair. I turned it off so I was cold. No extra blankets anywhere. At 9:30am kids were in the hall screaming and planing for over 45 mins. Endlessly. At 11am on the dot the door was knocked on. Front desk (a different attendant) said its check out time. I said we have late checkout.. they told us last night 11:30-12 was fine; we didn’t check in until 11pm we had a very long drive. Her response was “we need you to go by 11:30”. No good morning, please, thank you; nothing. We’re two adults traveling quietly. There was no need for their attitude or lack of courtesy. We hadn’t complained about any of the above. We just wanted to relax after a long day. That is far from what we got. We won’t be back.

  Spent a night here for the Hersey RV show. Staff was nice and friendly. Room was ok, but there was a hole in the bathroom door. Also the light switch cover by the room door was broken and missing parts. Could have been a electrical shock hazard if you have little kids. Also the doors leading to the back parking lot didn't work correctly. You had to just open the right door a few inches then open the left door to get out.

  The staff was very nice and polite, motel is clean, rooms are sub par for the price, not what I expected, My room definitely needed updated, but very clean. Breakfast was ok, no eggs available, but they did have cereal. There is a great diner right down the street.

  Lucked out with this Best Western, very nice staff, rooms were comfortable and clean, nice breakfast area. Pool was warm, but a little cloudy during my visit, they were addressing this situation. Was clear a couple days ago, the heat turned the pool some.. Price was reasonable for the area too. Plenty of parking, even room for trailers, RVs, or box trucks out back, sorry OTR drivers, no room for big trucks ..
