  The staff are great, extremely helpful and accommodating. Breakfast average. Rooms and the appearance of hotel can use an updating, especially the pool area. Was looking forward to a dip but changed my mind. Area is quiet and we had a good night’s sleep.

  Room smells like urine. Black mold spots covered the air conditioning unit as well as the shower curtain hooks. Breakfast is 6-9 we got there at 8:14 and was told it was to late to bring more sausage out.

  The rooms were stuffy, and they never supplied wash cloths. The personal ones i had were literally taken on two occasions by housekeeping. The audacity to do that was beyond me. I had to go downstairs to ask because their room phones were not working. Best Western Hotels have always been the first choice for me, but whoever is running this particular one is not doing a good job.

  Front desk is not friendly, they are never there and I always needed to look for them. The pool was dirty and they failed to clean it after I asked them to. They have fase advertising, their photos show that the pool is working and that the rooms were bigger and cleaner. We booked the rooms hoping for a decent stay and to our surprise it was the worst. The breakfast was terrible, the coffee was watery, we were hoping to save some money with the breakfast but it was inedible and made my stomach hurt. Inattentive to customers needs. They don’t meet guest requests to properly clean the room.
