  Ive traveled a lot and stayed at numerous hotels around the country. This by far is my favorite place that I don't mind extending my stay. From the first person that checked me in, Joy, to Christian, to Jon and Peter... You just couldn't ask for better customer service! It's clean, quiet, and always has hot water for tea at the desk 😁

  Very charming hotel it is right next to the mission as well as many restaurants and the freeway exit and entrance. We did like that the hotel was the only building for the driveway which made it easy coming and going. There wasn’t a bunch of traffic however it was a little difficult to get on the main road if you were going the other way because it was only one way. The hotel sits on a very heavily traveled highway. One thing that we noticed is that the carpets were very dirty in our room. It was coming up in the middle of the room, which made it a little awkward to walk on plus my socks that were nude colored got stained black from walking in our room (they were new too so it wasn’t prior staining) and there was also a chunk of the door frame missing in the restroom. There was noticeable dirt in this space missing and there was a little bit of mold in the shower. The bathtub also didn’t hold water. This is probably an older hotel so I just wanted say that you can hear your neighbors very well. I could hear our neighbors TV from across the room while in bed and the insulation of the door to our guest room had gaps too that showed in the morning Sunlight was coming through. Overall, it’s a cute hotel in a good location. Breakfast was very good and they have a variety of eggs and breads, juices, cereals - they do provide soy milk and they also had a waffle maker and oatmeal station. There was some trouble with our key card, we just checked in and went to our room and the card didn’t work. Luckily the housekeeper was able to let us in with all of our luggage. The same thing happened with the pool and we had to get our card done again. We would stay here again, but definitely not the best best Western we have been to especially since seeing how dirty the carpets were.

  It was hard to see the sign. But for the amount paid it is a good deal. The pool was a built murky. My updated review...The rooms are nice: comfortable and clean. There is a refrigerator, microwave and coffee! They also provide an amazing breakfast! The woman at the front desk went out of her way to give us access to a restroom where we could change for the event we were going to since we got there hours before check in. The hotel is tucked in away from the main road which makes the area outside peaceful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
