  Avoid booking through third-party sites like Priceline. I tried to modify my check-in dates and cancel my reservation, but the hotel couldn’t assist because it was booked through Priceline. Their customer service was unhelpful; I spent over 45 minutes on the phone, only for a supervisor to tell me it was non-refundable. I also tried to dispute through my bank. It's better to book directly with the hotel. Priceline feels like a scam and will take your money without help or support.

  Check in and the guy was great very nice. Room it self is nice. Only problem is the water. It’s brown, the sink water shower and toilet is all brown. Hope they get it fixed

  This hotel has nice large clean rooms. The staff are friendly and professional. It is also located in the main part of town down the road from the Canyon de Chelley visitors center.

  Front desk lady was rude when i was trying to check in.. She has this stinking attitude, can tell by her voice & face.. Her name was Carlisha Burbank.. Come on best western you don’t want a lady working like that greeting customers with a stanky attitude!! But rooms were just dirty! I stayed in room 133, whoever cleans those rooms must not know how to clean! hair was all over the sheets on the bed. Crumbs on the floor like they didn’t vacuum right. Smh!! I also heard from an old housekeeper that use to work there, she said that lady Cecelia Tracy likes to scrub the toilet, tub and restroom sink all with the same towel! 🤮🤢 Worst experience ever!!
