  For how much money you’re paying for a room I shouldn’t experience this. I have no clue what kind of bug this is and the base rug is not even stapled to the wall(yes I said stapled). Only one set of towels was clean so I just went out and brought towels for myself. This has been one bad experience since I’m here to bury my dad. Please do better especially with clean towels. Gross!

  I work in the nation's power grid and therefore travel the country. So being an expert on the definition of a quality hotel , is definitely well earned! This Best Western affords you the following..: Kind and eager to assist staff ( specifically "Chetan" ), Chetan is the front desk clerk, who I thought was a manager until he corrected me, based solely on all the awesome service he provides! Attention owners, if you find yourself in the market for an on-site manager, you hire Chetan! The cleanliness of the rooms and the comfort of them are in excellent order and my experience with this property is superior to many! It is very obvious this guy strives for excellence. If you find yourself in Canton in need of a great hotel, I would recommend this one #1 of the 5! Great work Chetan 👏 👍 👌 💪!

  My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Front desk lady was very sweet and kind. Sometimes the wait for someone to be at the front desk takes forever. Breakfast every morning was great and The rooms were ok but room service was terrible. Towels were never changed, bed was never made or changed and trash bags were never changed either. We had to ask for new towels ourselves after the second night. Room service needs to do better.
