- SWSandie Weaver5 days ago3.0Nice older hotel. Great staff. However I chose it for the indoor pool and hot tub. Hot tub has not been working g for months and while the pool looked good the noise from the equipment is so loud you do t want to use it. I tried over a couple of days as I stayed for 2 nights but the noise continued and staff available could not fix it.. so if you are interested in the pool or hot tub, this is not your hotel!

My main complaint is that the room did not feel or look clean and the maintenance could do a better job fixing frequently used items in the room. The pictures explain everything. With all this said, I found it offensive that the housekeeper left a qr code for a tip. On a positive note, the General manager and the young lady who served breakfast were very pleasant and helpful!

Had dirty rooms twice and then terrible service. **response to owner.. no you would not have found a reservation for me because your app wasn’t working so we simply stopped in to get a room and Were met with rudeness. We went up the street to another hotel.
