- TSTerry Smith3 days ago4.0Great hotel for the price. Decent breakfast, decent pool, decent room and good staff. They lose a star for not giving a heads up the hot tub was not working and seemed to have been not working for a while. I would recommend and if I return to the area I may even stay there again.

Called them early morning on the ninth and email booking to let him know that we could not make it because we had the fourth largest fire in Colorado history and roads were closed. We couldn’t even get out and we had to help family members get out of Meeker Colorado plus put people up that cost us money on top of the motel and then they only refund a cent. They might as well have kept that I gave him a heads up and it was a busy weekend. They probably sold the room. I will be going back next year, but definitely will never use this motel again. And they were not friendly at the counter either and everybody kept saying I’d get a refund and all they did was one cent out of 200 and something dollars.
- SJSteve JohnsonAug 27, 20251.0Horribly dated, the bathroom area was absolutely horrible. Needs a remodel ASAP. Tub and shower walls had areas of extreme wear. Overall, nasty. I paid almost 200.00, the next stop was a Home2suites and for LESS money a better value. Will not go "best" western ever again.
