We had a less-than-great stay here, mostly because of cleanliness issues. When we got there, it looked like maybe someone had slept in the bed and that the sheets hadn't been changed, and that the bed had just been remade -- and there was some hair in the bed. We asked for new sheets, and when we went to take off the old sheets, we found that the mattress topper had a lot of accumulated hair. In addition, between the bed and the wall was another hair collection. It seemed like they probably (usually) change the sheets but seldom did anything deeper. Also, when we unfolded the new sheets, there was a live seed bug in them, fwiw. The carpet looked pretty dirty too; we wondered if they ever deep cleaned it. The bathroom had some hair in it when we arrived, too. And the general condition of the room was poor, for example, in order to close the bathroom door, you had to push hard laterally on the top so that it would fit into the frame. The trash can in the pet relief area outside was also overflowing with trash and (pet) poop bags. Considering we paid $250 to stay here (to be fair, that was during leaf turn in Autumn), well, the price and the room condition seemed pretty wildly mismatched. On the flip side, the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and our experience in the area nearby (Cedar Breaks) was great.
