  Unfortunately I have to rate this place as very bad. Its June, 100+ degrees outside and the room’s AC won’t work. Talked to front desk employees, they were not very helpful. We have to stuck with the room as it was. As they already charged us for the room and no refunds, we decided to stay. As the hallway was very cold, we had no more option than to left the door open from our room so cold air could flowed into our room. We have a 78 year old disability woman, that we couldn’t let her sleep on the humidity of this room. I DO NOT recommend to stay here as once you check in, there is no refund and you have to stay with the room as it is.

  The building was undergoing renovations, however this did not stop the staff from cleaning the rooms extremely well. The room was spotless, well worth ignoring the avoiding stepping under construction workers. Thankfully the renovations were not detrimental to our stay, passed serving as an obstacle course.

  Perfect location for visiting College Station. I was weary due to the lack of reviews and the few there being so high but this place deserves the 5 stars. Breakfast was above and beyond what I expected. The beds and pillows were very comfy. Parking lot is well lit with plenty of spots. Pool and fitness center were closed fyi.

  No wifi. Check-in was lengthy bc front desk man was new and unable to apply gift card. Manager was unavailable for awhile. But breakfast was excellent and accommodations fine.
