Checking in was fine, then get to our room, go to use the bathroom and there was very visible brown hair all over and pee spots on the floor! The lady at the front desk was nice and came up and cleaned the floor! Had a hard time sleeping wondering if the bedding was even changed! Went to take a shower Sunday morning before checking out and a dirty washcloth fell from the shower rod🤮! I complained to the front desk before leaving and she left a note hoping to get us some sort of discount! I got no discount and been trying to call to talk to a manager and have had no luck with that! I’d say just the housekeeping sucks, but now so does management! If your room was skimped on by housekeeping and they want top dollar, leave and pick a better place!

We didn't swim this time, but the pool area looked great. Massive, and it even had a large model of the Edmund Fitzgerald. The breakfast was also very good. Robin was really friendly.
- LClady cadburyOct 5, 20251.0Don’t stay at this hotel unless you’re desperate. Especially if you’re handicapped because there is no access. The location is nice considering it’s right by the lake. That is the only thing that I would say that is nice about this hotel. The pictures are very deceiving. The hotel is definitely not as nice as it looks in the pictures. The fact that this hotel is not accessible, the fact that Delaney tried to charge me the same price for much smaller room. It was very frustrating. I Iusually enjoy traveling to Duluth this experience really just destroyed my trip
