We had a nice experience staying over a night in this hotel. It was worth of our money.
This was our first time staying in the Nashville area on our way back from our trip. Decided to give this place a go because they were highly rated for cleanliness on Priceline.
Either the people rating this got lucky with their rooms or they were noseblind, because from the moment you step into the buildings you are hit with overwhelming air freshener scent and the room we had definitely had a funky odor to it. There was a sprinkler in the main room that was damaged or something and was dripping water into the room so the scent very well could have been mold we were smelling. Oh and I shouldn't forget to mention we had these tiny roach looking bugs in the room too!
Their breakfast was barely edible but thats what you get for staying at a cheap hotel of course.
This place needs to get shut down and properly deep cleaned and updated to modern standards. I've stayed at Super 8's that were cleaner than this. Included are pictures of the leak I mentioned

We used this hotel as our halfway point on our way to and from our family vacation. It's easily accessible from the freeway and just outside Nashville. The outside is cool looking, but that's where it ends. You can tell that when they did their remodel it was done as cheaply and quickly as possible. I'd say this place isn't really accessible for people with issues going up steps. If you aren't on the bottom floor there is no elevator. It appears every building has an extreme amount of air freshener in the hallways and the carpets are in dire need of a deep cleaning.
Our room on our way wasn't terrible. It was in building 4 and on the bottom floor. The only issue we had was that the door was hard to open and close. The showers are extremely weird. They have rainfall heads and only half glass so when you shower the entire floor gets wet. If you have more than 3 people you have to go ask for extra towels + blankets for the pull out bed. You’d think, booking a room that sleeps 6 they’d automatically accommodate that many people in the room with towels, blankets, and pillows. The pull out couch is rough for anyone over the age of a child. It’s extremely HARD. The breakfast that morning was not good. Pancake machine was empty, gravy looked like soup, the yogurt machine was empty, and the "fresh" fruit that was out should've been thrown away rather than served to paying customers.
Our issues arose on our return trip. We got in around 4:30 pm and were put on the second floor of building 2. We walked into the room and immediately got hit in the face with an odor that was inexplainable. Within 5 mins of being in the room all 4 of us had a headache, so we left to go get dinner and decided if it still smelled we'd request a different room or leave and fight the CC company to get our money back if they couldn't accommodate us. When we got back to the room the smell was 10x worse to the point that when my husband opened the room door he started gagging. We headed to the front desk and luckily the guy working was able to accommodate us by putting us in a different building. He said they were sold out for the night and would need to put someone else in the room, but I advised him that he needed to go up there himself and not take our word that it smelled. I'm not sure if they ended up renting the room out or not, but they should've investigated it as soon as he went to the room and said the entire building was starting to smell. We didn’t get breakfast on our departure the second stay as the first stay was so underwhelming.
While this place is much less expensive than staying in downtown Nashville we will head further south next time or spend a few extra dollars on a place with more consistent reviews.

I was in town for work for a few days and thought I would try to save a few dollars by staying at the BW. Getting to the place was super easy...Just off I65 south of Nashville.
The outside of the building is very clean, parking is a little cramped, there were two parking spaces left when we arrived, so I'm hoping all the rooms were taken, else if someone checking in, there was no parking at all.
The hallways were very perfumed. Overwhelming in fact. So much so that we needed to wear a dust/ breathing mask just to get to the room.
The motel is broken into small buildings. I believe they are old apartments that have been converted into suites. The carpets in the halls and on the stairs are heavily soiled. That may be the reason for the heavy perfume.
The rooms are clean, but used.
The bathrooms are really unique/ the shower has a half glass enclosure and half is open, so that when you shower the water runs into the floor. The rooms smell of the hall perfumes, which is annoying. My wife ended up with bronchitis from the perfumes.
I'll be coming back to town in another week to continue my work, I won't be staying here. I don't have anything that really sticks out as really bad, it's just that overall, I just don't want to come back.
They do have a breakfast, I didn't get to try it, but again, with the perfumes in the dining area, I think everything would taste like carpet fresh.
