***EDIT*** maybe you should call me Joanne!? That never happened at check out? Remember you had Melinda & Tessa try to say you weren't in, then you were in a meeting and then on a call. We WANTED it straightened out previously to leaving but none of that happened. I've never experienced such poor customer service from a management team. Eric from guest services told me he would read my email & respond or call me back and NEVER HAS? I have No idea about any compensation. I assure you we were waiting for you to come and you did NOT also get your story straight before you respond to a review.. none of it makes sense. We've enjoyed our titanium status & been treated fabulous for the week down the road at the Marriott
This hotel needs a management refurbish. Save yourself the headache and book at one of the many great other options in brantford. We didn't get any sleep at all. The room we were given 110 had a bed that has a large sunken crevasse it went lengthways, how gross was it when we pulled back the sheets in the morning and they'd actually tried hiding it by stuffing bed sheets in it!? What the heck!? The bed itself was VERY uncomfortable but the crevasse killed my husbands body. The room itself was old and gross. The wallpaper was bubbled and looked really gross, the patio door locked by only a bar on ground level the desk was so old and water damaged.. the couch.. well I won't even go there. Worse yet, the GM doesn't give a hoot. She was on sight and couldn't be bothered to come to our room when we called to show her. Couldn't be bothered to call us or email or anything after check out. Their "guest services manager returned my call and Throughout our conversation, he was patronizing and dismissive, repeatedly minimizing my concerns. He further remarked that another guest had occupied the same room the following night and “had a great sleep,” which I found unprofessional, irrelevant, and insulting, particularly given the documented condition of the bed. His additional statement that this was acceptable because it was a “budget room” was equally inappropriate and inconsistent with Best Western’s brand standards and commitment to guest satisfaction. We've stayed in many BW worldwide and never had such an unpleasant experience. The breakfast.. just don't bother! Save your time and money!

I start off with breakfast in morning is just horrible is carton eggs tasteless.. I went to go for the buffet the next night and they were severing burnt food from the stuff they cooked a day or two before.. we go to go in hot tub not hot,and jets were not working and the restaurant and bar closed at 830 was totally disappointed for the money we paid.. I will not return.. wreck a totally girls weekend my one girlfriend left early because of it.. totally disappointed 😞

Idk whats going on been there many times but the past week or 2 has gotten a lot cleaner there 😅 good job guys idk if they hired a new cleaner or what bit they deserve a promotion

The sliding door in the room did not lock; only a safety bar was available for use. They told me to come back in the morning to talk to the manager. That didn't help me feel safe that night.
My room was never cleaned, nor were the rooms of my friends.
Breakfast was a cold typical powdered eggs buffet.
Hotel is partially under renovations.

I stayed at Best Western Brantford on a recent business trip and regret the experience. Hotel is outdated and seems it hasn't been renovated for a while. Hallway wallpaper was dilapidated and peeling off, room does not have any USB-C charging ports to charge electronic devices, room carpet was dirty and unclean, and breakfast food lacked variety (same food was served over 3 days, with no choice for vegetarian eaters). I would not recommend this hotel if other better choices are available.
