- SESara EwingOct 25, 20251.0Stained carpet in rooms and hallway, poor lighting, no closet door, manager was rude and unhelpful. I reserved the hotel through Orbitz and my daughters weren't registered on the Orbitz site, so the hotel did not allow them to have breakfast vouchers. The manager said she wasn't able to provide them with the complimentary breakfast. No kidding. The manager's lack of class and dearth of professionalism sort of exude into the sad and stained hotel atmosphere. Overall, this place is filthy and depressing. I needed strong Wifi for work meetings on my laptop, and I did see reviews for strong Wifi. Otherwise, maybe the reviews are not authentic. How do they not discuss the predominant filth? Branson has lots of pleasant and tidy options. Explore elsewhere!
- SASkylar AhnefeldOct 25, 20251.0The air conditioner was as loud as it could be. There's no way they didn't notice when prepping our room. Unfortunately by the time we got settled in with the kids we didn't want to complain and move rooms. We thought we could ignore it but we were wrong. No sleep.... I think from now on when I stay in Branson, I'll be staying on the new side of town. These old hotels in this area are just out of date and the owners are just limping them along.
- BBBrettOct 20, 20252.0Location is convenient, if heading to sdc but overall it was not a great stay. Pros-Clean rooms, if a bit dated. And inexpensive for the area. Cons- Bathroom smelled like raw sewage. They no longer have a game room, and the front desk lady was pretty rude when I asked about it. Pool was not particularly clean, and smelled strange. Breakfast kitchen was severely understaffed, and had to wait a long time for a seat along with a convuluted "breakfast voucher" system for mediocre food. Won't stay here again!
- PDPatty DonniciOct 18, 20253.0Rooms are kind of up to date. Breakfast is NOT FREE. Room wasn't ready on time, had to wait another hour and it still wasn't ready when they said it was. Plus side is it's not on the busy strip and the rooms have balconies.
