  My room was clean. Staff very friendly. I arrived at 1130pm, no problem at check-in. Loved the staff and the little cat walking around the property was cute.

  We were heard to Perry, GL and found the Best Western with all the other interstate hotels. It was grey and modern looking. W went inside to inquire about availability and rates and Maria was there to greet us. She told us the rates and even signed me up for a BW discount. She even found us a suite for our 28th anniversary. Janice at breakfast was great and put a smile on our face and sent us off to our next destination with a smile.

  The front desk workers were very rude and acted like they didnt know what i was talking about when I was charged twice for the same room! They wouldn't let me leave without paying again even though I had already payed for the room once. So I was double charged and they were zero help when I was asking questions on why

  We stayed here 2 nights for the Perry fair. The room smelled extremely musty. We went to pool to use the hot tub but it was cold. The waffle mix was watery, so they didn't form right. We stayed here years before and didn't have a single complaint, but this time was bad. The only reason it received 3 stars is because of location. This hotel is perfectly located by the fair.
