- GTGayle TrimSep 26, 20251.0I've stayed here twice, and I will NEVER stay here again. The first visit in March I had to wait 4 hours after check-in time for a room to be cleaned. Apparently the non English speaking maid was upset that I kept checking to see if the room was ready so she put the bedding on sideways. This time, the room's door was visibly unlatched when I checked in, but once it was latched it was very hard to open. The floors and all counter tops were visibly dirty. The toilet was nasty! The refrigerator was blowing hot air. The clerk on duty apologized for the mess and offered to bring a replacement fridge. That never happened. It was just so disappointingly dirty and the staff doesn't care. I would have left but I had been driving for 12 hours and it was late.

I went to the reception twice to advise that from checking in on Friday early afternoon to Monday at 4 pm, my room had not been cleaned, and no staff had entered my room for the entire stay. The trash was overflowing from both trash cans by Monday evening. I had been booked in until Tuesday morning, but left Monday evening. I had 3 small scorpions in my room, 2 in the bedroom area, and 1 in the bathroom. When I told reception, they said there was nothing they could do "because the scorpions were coming inside to find a warm place". Which was ridiculous, as it was 93 outside and 72 in my room.
