  Best hotel in the area. Staff is very attentive and rates are very reasonable. Right off the highway. Easy access to the city and many restaurants in the area.

  Shame, this hotel was very nice and I would have no complaints for it except they falsely accuse me and my other guests of smoking in the room. Neither me or my two friends staying here have ever smoked in our lives, yet they claim we smoked in the room, falsely charging me an arm and a leg. Our shower drain was stopped up, forcing us to bathe in ankle deep water and allowing all the dirt to settle in the tub. They claim the dirt was ash and a "smoke sensor" triggered while us three took showers. They refuse to speak to me anymore on the matter and have royally scammed me! Didn't even say anything to me at checkout time and I had to discover this charge by checking my bank account.

  I got here with an uber but parking spaces looks great and when I entered there's an machine that is NOT an AI machine... it's a real person on the machine ready to help you with anything you need if you dont see anyone in the front desk. Smoking area is on the far left going toward the semi truck stop parking lot and has the 2 smoke butts trash containers to throw away your butts on the cigarette 🚬 But in the hotel this is a smoke free 🚭 building and near the premises as well... you have a perfect designated area for smoking. Also wifi is good just not 100% crazy awesome but enough to download sum updates for the phones laptop and tablets... but for gaming purposes it just depends... I use a steam deck and im able to connect to the wifi and im able to comfortably play rocket league and overwatch2 the games... but thats just me as a gamer 😎 🤪 but other than this the people are here to help make sure your good and they have ICE machines, LAUNDRY just one each in a small room (washer/dryer) they have to use coins so make sure you have coins at least $4 or $5 coins for the machine if you dont have coins but dollar bills only ....they can help u break the dollar bills and have a machine that can give you coins and yes they have ATM too... other than this guys ...this hotel made me feel safe and treated me super nice. Big fat awesome thanks to the managers and staff members to make me feel like home 🏡 🙌 😄 💙 ❤️ Hope everyone that comes over to this comment finds this a big fat awesome helpful for you guys .
