  I want to begin by expressing my gratitude for the exceptionally friendly and welcoming staff at this hotel. My room was spacious and incredibly comfortable during my stay. It was even larger than my overpriced one-bedroom in California, which is quite surprising. The room clean and exuded a cozy ambiance. However, I must mention that my room was located next to the freeway, which I found soothing. Nevertheless, if you prefer a quieter environment and don’t mind the proximity of cars to your window, this might not be the ideal choice for you. I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Miss Cruz and Kathleen for their excellent check-in and check-out services.

  I had a terrible stay at this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. When we checked in, we specifically requested that our room be cleaned the next day at 12 PM, as we were attending a wedding and would be out for most of the day. We spoke with a front desk staff member named Paulina, who confirmed that the cleaning was scheduled and everything was set. However, when we returned to our room the next evening, we were shocked to find that the room had not been cleaned at all. The dirty towels were still on the floor, and the trash had not been taken out. Nothing had been refreshed or replaced. We were extremely disappointed. My husband, our toddler, and I were all exhausted from the long day, yet we didn’t even have clean towels for a shower. My husband had to go downstairs to ask for clean towels and bed sheets, and we ended up changing the sheets ourselves and taking out the trash just so we could sleep. This is very poor service, especially since we made a clear request that was confirmed at check-in. When we complained, the staff only said “sorry” without offering any further help or solution. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  Best Western Boerne Suites and Inn was an amazing place to stay. The staff was wonderful and the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. We Enjoyed the beautiful pool as well. I will be back in the future.

  Easy check in with very nice and helpful desk personnel. Room rates are reasonable, very roomy and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
