  The only negative is this is a two story building without elevators. Indoor heated pool. Laundry. Very nice hot breakfast. Excellent location near interstate, shopping, and inbetween Pocatello and Idaho Falls. This was just far enough from Rexburg that the Wal Mart was well stocked despite BYU-I move in weekend.

  They knowingly put us in a room where 2 of the front desk workers said they were having issues with the air conditioner not working. The shower made a loud ringing noise. The manager did nothing to help us. She said they wanted to move us but we were not willing. We come to Blackfoot often to visit family, we will never stay at this hotel again. Very poor customer service!!

  Our family recently stayed at Best Western Blackfoot, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the kindness and professionalism we experienced. Traveling with our autistic son can sometimes bring unexpected challenges, but the staff here showed nothing but patience, respect, and genuine care throughout our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but it was the warmth and understanding of the team that truly made the difference. Thank you for making us feel so welcome—we will definitely be back!
