  I’ve been at this BW about 5 times this year cause of one of my jobs and first things first, the front desk agent guy had been one of the best friendliest agents I’ve ever came across! He felt like a fast friend and always gave me a warm welcome. It was very appreciative of him telling me I’m a diamond select member and gave me a free snack or drink to grab every time. And also the location is very convenient since it’s exactly halfway between LA and SF. Then their breakfast is also nice with some variety too. I’ll definitely come again in the near future!

  I stayed here because in previous trips in the fall, I'd stayed and enjoyed the room, location and breakfast. This stay was not comfortable, the room smelled overwhelmingly like cat urine, I tried keeping the AC off, sprayed my perfume, to no avail. I didn't fall asleep until 2:30am and had to get up at 5:30. There was cat food everywhere in the morning and clearly the person staying next to me was feeding them. Pigeon droppings all over as well. Sad that they aren't keeping the location under control and clean, not a lot of business in the area and you can hire services to abate, pigeons, cats etc. The county will even bring traps for them and take them to fosters, etc.
