  Pooja And YP have been absolutely wonderful. Helped us switching rooms as well as makeing sure we are alright when we where trying to check inn highly recommend this place 💯💯

  I was incredibly comfortable here and felt very safe as well as welcomed. It was quiet, the staff was excellent, the breakfast was great, and if I am ever back in the St Joe-Benton Harbor area I will definitely book into this hotel again.

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I paid for my room 3 months ago they took the money out of my bank account and then they charged me for the room again when I got to the hotel. And when I gave them the receipt to show them that it was paid for they basically told me to go get screwed and try to remove me from the property because I got upset. I've seen the reviews about this prior to booking but I guess you live and you learn. Do not stay at this hotel!!!!!!!

  I stayed at this Best Western location in May 2025, and the experience left a lasting impression. The gentleman (Leonard?) running the breakfast buffet knows exactly what he’s doing and provides quality service. I found this breakfast buffet to be superior to those at Hilton and Marriott. The front-desk clerks were friendly, and my room was clean. Best Western surprised me!! Nothing beats truly competent staff!
