- EGEllie Gauvin3 days ago5.0We love this hotel. We have stayed here 2 separate times now and both times have been great! Love the little bar in the lobby - after a full day of traveling with young children, a glass of wine immediately after checking in feels mandatory!! Great location too, lots of restaurants nearby, stores, gas stations, etc. My only complaint was the waffle "bottle" poured a nasty liquid out so I believe it was old, but they quickly fixed that! We will still stay here time and time again as our halfway to MTL hotel. Thanks Best Western!
- AKAndrew KimOct 12, 20251.0The pool was under maintenance, and the breakfast was poor. This place has absolutely zero soundproofing between rooms. I thought someone was talking and watching TV in the hallway, but it turned out the sound was coming from the room right across from ours, not even next door. I could barely sleep that night because of people talking from other rooms and outside the hotel. We paid around $260, and it was definitely not worth the price. The room was clean, and the hotel is close to all the stores in Belleville, but I would never return.
- TGTed GreenSep 30, 20254.0Very nice room and building which would rank 5 stars but breakfast was terrible. Coffee from a machine was awful, fortunately a sink was nearby. Orange juice machine spit out pink lemonade; maybe it was setup wrong. Scrambled eggs were inedible and confirmed by my wife. Sausages so nasty I didn’t even take a few for the dogs. We have driven to 29 states in the past few years and been to 100 basic-mid level hotels and this breakfast was nearly worst. At $250 it should be much better. Again room was great but eat somewhere else and Starbucks is 2 minutes away.

Friendly, comfortable and relaxing hotel stay along with a great breakfast spread both mornings were exactly what we were looking for...will definitely be back again!
- LVLogi VidarssonSep 26, 20255.0Well located by the highway. Breakfast was awesome I really liked the fresh waffles. The EV charging station worked great. The hot tub is very nice. The beds could be bigger but alas the hot tub makes up for it.
