- DWDavid WalkerOct 9, 20255.0We stayed there for a week in late September on the 3rd floor. Clean rooms with a nice (indoor) pool and places outside to sit and relax. Breakfast bar included each morning with a wide variety of options including make your own waffles, sometimes eggs, sometimes biscuits and gravy; fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, and tea. My wife does extensive review reading of the various places we could stay and this checked all her boxes for good price, not too noisy, and convenient location. We were very happy with our stay and would come back.
- JCjohn coyneOct 6, 20253.0No hand soap in the room. Was told to use the shower soap when I called the desk. The breakfast was quite lacking even though it was free. The fried eggs were cold and looked like rubber.
- CKCourtney KhozouieSep 29, 20251.0Staff was rude, the first room we were in was dirty and once we changed rooms the staff gave dirty looks and made us feel incredibly unwelcome. The first rooms carpet was filthy, there was hair all in the shower. Once we had just gotten into the new room, which wasn’t much cleaner and were loading our things into the new room, we had left my underaged daughter alone in the room and at one point the housekeeper let herself into our room UNANNOUNCED and shouted at my underaged daughter, “does it stink in here!”. This was incredibly unprofessional and I wouldn’t even let my dog stay here with the amount of filth on the floor. Whole staff was incredibly rude and the rest of our trip we received glares. Let me just add WE WERE HERE FOR ONLY ONE NIGHT. They also got an additional $50 deposit which was already paid initially a few days prior so don't know what that went for and why they needed more money. Overall will be contacting someone higher up for this.
- MMMerikaySep 14, 20255.0Rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet, and reasonably priced. Breakfast offered the usual hotel fare and was ready at 6:00 a.m. The entrance needs some work, so don't get discouraged by its appearance 😉
