- AOAleks OsisNov 1, 20251.0I almost never give bad reviews but here am going to make an exception. Mold, mold, filthy and more mold. This is by far the worst hotel stay I've experienced in my life. We payed for a whirlpool suite after a long drive. As soon as we opened the door, the smell of mold hit me. The bathroom was so moldy, we immediately closed the door and did not shower. There was mold above the whirlpool which made us decide not to use that either. We were even afraid to run the heat so we wouldn't blow mold around. There was missing grout all around the whirlpool and pink telltale signs of listeria. We were too tired to switch hotels since it was after 9pm so we decided to tough it out. It was probably the wrong decision. I've had respiratory issues for two days since. I remember Best Westerns being nice, clean, family-friendly, affordable hotels with a specific standard of quality. My question to the company: Does your name mean anything anymore?

Two back doors were obviously left open the first night and may have let people in who did not appear to be registered guests. I let the front desk know but still the the second night I personally went to check the back doors, found them propt open again and them closed myself. Finally, under construction so expect dust and noise during the day.
