- SRSymona RoblesOct 19, 20255.0It was alright location is great close to shopping and restaurants the breakfast was not that great the service was ok they were not overly friendly let's just say bearly friendly we stayed 2 days and it was the same both days they weren't rude though just bearly answered your questions like you were bothering them. The room is really big and nice I did not like the bathroom there is no door it is right when you walk in from the hall there is a barn door from the bathroom to the livingroom but if someone opens the hall door there is nothing

- JHJosie HastingsOct 8, 20253.0For the price you pay a night, you should be able to turn the air down. The room was hot and the air kept cutting off and resetting to a higher temperature. I was up multiple times a night turning the thermostat down as low as it would let me. Also, there is very little if any noise reduction insulation between rooms. You can hear everything around you. The building and furnishings are nice, the location is great, it's close proximity to entertainment and eating. The area is safe and the town is a gem surrounded by beautiful, rustic scenery.

- TMTerri MoloneydamainiJul 16, 20254.0The Best Western is the only hotel in town. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They have a good breakfast buffet. The room rate is a lot for this hotel; but, as I said before, it is the only hotel in Bandera. The rooms are clean and include coffee pot, microwave, and mini fridge. The negative is that the beds were not super comfortable, and if you have long hair, forget about a good washing. The water pressure leaves a lot to be desired.
