  Hotel staff always friendly and professional. The entire place has been renovated and updated and they did an amazing job brand new beds and furnishing couldn’t ask for more from What is supposed to be?a budget friendly hotel.

  I’m very disappointed with how unprofessional this place is. My fiancée applied for a job and went in for an interview. They told her they would call her back but never did. She has been calling multiple times to follow up, trying to speak to the manager, and every time the front desk gives her a different excuse or a different time to call back. The manager is never available, and the receptionist is rude and dismissive on the phone. This is not how you treat people, whether they’re customers or job applicants. It shows a complete lack of respect and communication. Very disappointed in how this Best Western is being run.

  Newly renovate. Room was clean & spacious. The free breakfast had a great selection. My only recommendation is to put clocks in the rooms.

  Great, newly renovated hotel. Amazing staff,appreciate Jennifer at the front desk and the young lady at work in the breakfast area. I'd like to also thank the young lady that takes care of the rooms she reminded me of my keys I left behind 🙏🏿

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review I had such a great stay at Best Western Auburndale Inn & Suites! The whole place looks freshly remodeled and super clean — you can tell they take pride in keeping everything nice and up to date. My room was very spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The bathroom was squeaky clean, and the bed was so cozy. It honestly felt like I was the first person to ever stay in the room because of how well-kept it was. The staff was amazing too! Everyone I met was friendly, professional, and willing to help with anything I needed. Their customer service really stood out and made my stay even better. If you’re looking for a clean, modern, and comfortable place to stay in the Auburndale area with great service, this is the spot. Highly recommend!
