- MMM MOct 14, 20254.0Very helpful staff, had a situation in which I left very early in the morning and needed to come back for a later check out and they were very understanding and helpful! Room was comfy and the location is in a prime spot for eats and shopping.

When we asked for more towels they handed them over to us no problem. The room is clean and comfortable. The price is great ! We will definitely be staying here again!
- SDSteven DoshierOct 4, 20251.0I booked my room online and it said we could check in at 3 o’clock. I arrived a little after three and they had no idea if they had any rooms clean. One of the housekeepers went and looked at one room and came back and said it’s clean until the lady at the front desk so that I was in another room with a jetted tub and the housekeeper rolled her eyes because she had to go upstairs and see if the room was clean. I told the girl at the front desk just to give me my ID and credit card back and I would cancel the room and go somewhere else because this was ridiculous. She refuse to give my license and credit card back. The housekeeper came back downstairs and said my room was clean. I get upstairs and all I can smell is stale cigarette smoke. I get to my room and it is not clean. The other housekeeper had just started cleaning it. So I had to take all my bags back downstairs to my car and go eat to wait for my room to be cleaned. When I get back the first thing I do is try to take a shower and there is not one towel or rag or anything in the bathroom. So I had to go back downstairs and ask for those. I don’t see how this place stays in business. I will never stay here again, and I will be reporting them to best Western.
- NGN GOct 3, 20254.0Stayed on 15th September, was disappointed that Pool seemed closed for the season. Hotel itself was fine, seemed clean, shower was hot and breakfast fine. Location is ok, some shops nearby and an Outback restaurant you can walk to, otherwise pretty quiet.
