  We booked a last minute 3 day trip just 24 hours in advance because the entire region was booked. We usually stay at higher star rated places but pleasantly surprised by everything from the nice management and staff, very clean rooms, free breakfast, daily clean, easy access to room from the car, and even some cameras were located around the property. They are even dog friendly!! We would absolutely recommend as it was better than the star rating and better than the price. Thank you!

  Room smelled disgusting. It was a combination of mildew and cigarettes covered by air freshener. I tried 3 different rooms and they were all the same. I had to use a tissue to hold the remote. Something was stuck in the sink drain. Did not feel safe. The only redeeming quality was the hot breakfast.

  Pros: Clean comfortable rooms with nice amenities. Very good complimentary breakfast. Excellent biscuits, waffles, sausages, and delicious berries. They even have fresh milk for your coffee. For an extra $25 you can get late check out at 2pm. Cons: Overall the breakfast was truly great, except for the scrambled eggs. They seemed like they were made from powdered eggs. I thought the late check out was a good idea, until the front desk called to tell us it was time for us to leave. We explained that we had paid for late check out. They realized the mistake and apologized. No big deal. 30 minutes later, a maid knocked on the door wondering why we were still there. If I stayed here again, I would remind the front desk staff that I had late check out, AND put a sign on the door for the maid in English and Spanish. I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to return.

  The clerk was extremely helpful with my best.Western awards. The rooms are clean.I even brought my u v light in, and everything was great. Now, this is a older best western.So be prepared for that. The grounds are kept and it does have a pool.. Coffee pot hair dryer in the room and breakfast is available.

  Wij hebben hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Grote, nette, schone kamer. Er lag een mooi boek over Asheville op de kamer, leuk om in te kijken. Keurige buitenruimte. Goed verlicht terrein. Lekker zwembad buiten, maar je kunt ook in het binnenbad van het naastgelegen hotel zwemmen. Goed ontbijtje.
