  Needed to stop and get some sleep on vacation. Checked in late....around 9pm. Got a room right away. Got into the room and found a bug on the floor. And the carpets felt sticky. Thank God we were only staying the night.

  This was one of the worst places that we’ve stayed. The entire hallway and our room smelled like urine. There was garbage all over the hallway and overflowing trash cans outside. The bathroom was filthy, including a rusted tub with a huge ring around it. The walls were dirty and the floors were sticky. Because of this experience, we will never book a room with this hotel chain again.

  We absolutely loved it here, we came for the music festival and was so excited to get back there every night! It just felt like a home away from home. It's a great location with Walmart, Speedway and Waffle House within walking distance. Just a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and wanted to give a big shout-out to Nicole! She was wonderful and made us feel so welcome! Looking forward to seeing her again when we come back for a mini vacay!

  This hotel is a biohazard. The other reviews on here have to be paid for. We checked in and left within an hour. The lobby smells like mildew and sewage, there is black mold on the ceiling tiles, the elevator is falling apart, the room was dirty and to top it off the bed sheets gave us a rash within minutes of laying down then we found blood stains on our bed sheets. I’ve tried to contact the hotel about a refund due to the conditions but they do not respond. Stay far away. The Holiday Inn Express down the road feels like the Ritz compared to this.
