This hotel was in a perfect location during my recent trip to visit friends. The appearance and cleanliness were very good and coupled with competitive rates made this stay a great value. My only concern was that front desk personnel were not available at checkout but overall this hotel met or exceeded expectations.

Don’t stay here if you talk/watch TV past 9:45 pm on a Friday night. You can hear every neighbors conversation even at a normal/quiet speaking tone. We had the misfortune of having a very sensitive neighbor and we are traveling as a family with kids (a neighbor who came busting out of his room fully dressed and accosted me when I left my husband and kids to go back to the other room we booked). One of my kids is hearing impaired and speech delayed so speaks a little louder and is also 6 years old (most likely the one being complained about). The front desk person threatened to kick us out, after they had called the other room we booked more than 3 times to complain which kept waking up our 1 year old baby who is sleeping with Mother in Law. Room is decent enough but find some place else with better walls; especially if you have kids.

The woman at the desk informed me that they removed things from my room while I was staying there then accused me of smoking in the room and threatened to say that I was smoking weed in the room, I smoke cigarettes and I have not smoked inside of any building for over 10 years, so now im thinking this Hajeeb owned hotel is trying to make undue money for saying things are happening but then, not being able to provide proof that it happened. No pictures of inside my room of ashes or cigarettes just the maid saying it smells like smoke. I would avoid this place and thier sad idea of breakfast at Perkins, you get three choices and one of them is a kids menu item. Well ok then, you say you deep cleaned my room let's take a look at your idea of clean.....

The only good thing was they had lots of parking for Trucks and RVs The rooms are very expensive for what you get The rooms had a strange smell when you walked into them and I use a CPAP machine so I will not be smelling that strange smell for the next three or four days Mine was supposed to be a too bad I imagine two queens. I think I'm lucky if I got two full beds. ladies, if you like to have room to put your stuff in the shower area, that is none the room is clean. Price is high. The beds are small beds were very uncomfortable. I would probably recommend bringing your own pillow. My neck is killing me and I had a horrible night sleep the night before I was in quality and it's $50 less and it was amazing with a breakfast buffet. These guys send you to Perkins and give you a very limited menu and I'll send you a picture of that now.

Great location. Free breakfast at Perkins next door is a bonus. Good value. Rooms are a little tired but clean. Service was friendly and helpful.
